This 3-hour course instructed by FDIC 2023 Speaker Jason Rivera covers FD response and operations at incidents involving Hybrid and Electric Vehicles as well as Lithium-Ion Battery Backup Systems, Micromobility (e-scooters, bikes, etc.) and the Tesla Solar Roof. The class is broken into three sections: Hybrid Vehicle lecture, Electric Vehicle lecture and a tour of a Tesla Model 3 to review operations and safety features.
